Simply, yes, you can provide each assigner with different blocked dates.

I, personally, am currently assigned by three different groups through theArbiter. In addition to blocking different days, or even parts of days, when you are assigned by one and accept that assignment, the other assigners will see that date as blocked automatically. It is a nice setup, IMO, that is very easy to use for the assignee. The only issue is if each assigner likes to post messages, you have to switch from one account to the other, but again, it is simple even to do this.
