Arbiter question
I will be working for a 2nd association and would like to have a blended arbiter account.
My question is whether I can set up separate blocks for each of the associations, i.e., Can I block a given date for only 1 of the 2 associations? Any other suggestions about this type of arrangement are appreciated. |

When you login as an official on TheArbiter and go to the calendar blocks, it allows you to select which associations you are blocking at a given time (when you belong to multiple associations).
Whenever you have a published assignment (whether accepted yet or not) with one association, it automatically blocks another association from scheduling you at the same time. So, if you want to give general priority to one association, you need to stay on top of acceptances.

I, personally, am currently assigned by three different groups through theArbiter. In addition to blocking different days, or even parts of days, when you are assigned by one and accept that assignment, the other assigners will see that date as blocked automatically. It is a nice setup, IMO, that is very easy to use for the assignee. The only issue is if each assigner likes to post messages, you have to switch from one account to the other, but again, it is simple even to do this.
