Ford Motor Company

I see that Ford is going to introduce the Flex in 2009. Does anyone know whether Ford plans to produce a DP, and if so, will you be allowed to purchase a DP if you already own a Flex?

Also, if you drove a Flex in the morning, can you switch to a DP in the afternoon?

And if you crash your Flex, can you substitute the DP for it?

Can the DP replace any other car you own, or just the Flex?

Remember, you can only drive defensively if you own a FLEX.

But if you decide to drive offensively while driving it, you are no longer eligible to drive you DP.

Thanks, guys. This has all been very helpful. I stopped in at the dealer's, and the salesmen admitted they can't understand the rules governing the Flex/DP. They said Ford will be running a clinic soon.

In 1999, are you sure they didn't call it the Ford Defo?

I doubt it will really matter. If it's like anything else Ford is involved with, Ford's Flex will most likely be either disqualified or ejected before the game starts.

Or, on a quiet night, you can listen to the flex rust.

Maybe they need to run a clinic on how to build a Ford first.

I'm never buying another Ford for as long as I live.

I won't be coming here that much anymore. I might check in now and again.

If I was talking about either your knees or mine, I'd have said "you can hear the crust flex"

The rule is pretty simple really, they can both be in the driveway, but you can't drive them both at the same time.
