Modified game fees

Our guys here have been wondering what other blues around the country get for game fees per game. If you'd rather not answer, I understand.

I'm keeping the votes anonymous.

I haven't decided if I should call it from the dugout or the outfield. Apparently, both have really great views!

Screw green, it ain't easy being blue!

I won't be coming here that much anymore. I might check in now and again.

I don't do modified, but we have people in our association that do it.

Re

Wisconsin here.

Slowpitch gets $13-$14 per game.
Modified gets $15-$16 per game.

I'm not sure what the HS umpires get paid.

I swear we're in the lowest paying region in the country.

New England has modified scattered throughout. I work near Boston and we get in the 30 - 40 range, NH gets a little less, I'm not sure of the other areas in the Region. Rate depends on the level:

some leagues have additonal pitching restrictions = lower fees
some leagues remove the pitching restrictions = higher fees (some just call this fast pitch, but that seems to trouble some people here so they still call it modified)

I see 2 modified tournaments a year - both arouund Labor Day and both are invitationals.
The "real" modified tournament is a 10-man game and they wnat the pitching rules enforced.
The other is also a 10-man game and it's pretty much anything but windmill - and that's at the tournament director's specific instructions.

In my area we have several Modified teams. I work 10 man on Tues and 9 man on Thurs. I really enjoy it. It sure beats working SP by myself. We get $27 for modified and $23 for SP. We have had several state and national modified tournament qualifiers/winners from our area.
