Game Fees

I request for fellow officials from across the country to please give information on game fees for the sports of : Basketball, Football, Baseball, Softball, and Volleyball.
We are doing a study of game fee from other areas. The game fees in the Indiana area are a concern of several officials. Many officials are complaining that they aren't getting paid what they deserve in compare to othe states.
Your help is very appreciated. THANKS !!!

The NFHS recently (within the last year)completed such a study. A summary was published, I believe, in NFHS Quarterly.
