NFHS - Metal Spikes

Okay, not looking for any discussion on the issue, it has been beat to hell and back.

However, I am curious as to what state associations accepted the change.

From what I understand (and please correct me if I heard incorrectly):

DE - Yes
MD - No
NJ - No
PA - No

Here in the Last Frontier, while our state association has not made any ruling to NOT accept the NFHS change, I know that the fields the high schools play on here in Anchorage are city parks fields assigned to the local ASA association. The local ASA group (www.anchoragesports.com) is also the organization that schedules local high school games ran under NFHS rules here since Anchorage decided to "orphan" Softball and Baseball a number of years ago during a budget squabble. This basically means that the school district endorses the sports but does not sponser them. Translation: no school district money goes to the Softball and Baseball programs.

OK... I wandered off.. but the end result is that in Anchorage, the local association (Anchorage Sports) does not allow cleats on their fields. I don't know what other parts of the state are doing. Our state tournament is in Anchorage at a complex that include artifical turf infields on some fields, and is operated by the group that does not allow metal spikes on their fields so I doubt they will be allowed at State.
