Offensive Conferences
ASA says you get one per inning, and if you proceed to do it twice, you get ejected. (5-7-A)
NFHS says you get one per inning, but has no penalty... (3-7-2) What happens in an NFHS game if the OC wants a 2nd conference?

Further in article 2, it states that the umpire shall deny any subsequent offensive team requests for charged conferences.
If the coach wants to defy my authority, I will use rule 3.13 as my penalty. Maybe not correct, but having a rule without a penalty is rather pointless.

They insist on taking that second conference, they get a third from the dugout. or maybe the bus, because they just couldnt let it go.
