Why is ASA 8-2-D written this way?
A question on the Fed board got me looking at this.

Don't you know why it is there? C'mon, you're smarter than that!
Most likely whoever wrote the rule cited the manner in which a B could become a BR and later, inserted it in the Exception when it was realized this situation did not apply to the rule. I'll see what I can do in November. |
