Why don't they just use the girls they had for the "trailer" video? They look pretty convincing to me.

As a South Carolinian, I am surprised.

It's all "ya'll" anyway.

And personally, I believe the girls in the trailer don't have big enough hair.

While in Georgia at the FP camp, we got to learn the difference between "over yonder" and "over yonder way". It finally occured to me that one's a location and the other's a direction.

Always remember: "Y'all" is singular, "All y'all" is plural.

My DD related to me that some of her classmates were going on a trip with a school organization and had a trip shirt made with the word spelled "ya'll". When someone pointed out that the apostrophe was supposed to be placed where the missing letters came from, they were mortified and would no longer wear the shirt.

To tell you the truth, if I'm wearing a shirt that has that word on it, I'm not really too worried about where the apostrophe goes.

Can y'all believe it? $um*****es come back from Georgia with a hankerin fer sweet tea. Had to give him what was our basic recipe fer sweet tea (six tea bags, cuppa sugar, two cups water in a medium saucepan that has been used fer about 40 years fer one purpose only, to make tea...bring to a rollin boil fer ten minnits, pour it over two trays of ice cubes in a 40 year old plastic pitcher which has been used fer one purpose only).
