ASA Slowpitch
Last night in the local beer league, ASA rules, bottom of the last inning. The home team hits a home run to win the game. Batter carries the bat past 1B before tossing it to 1B coach. Visitors go ballistic "he's out carrying the bat" rule.
In my little pea brain pops a thread on here saying it was legal. So I stick to my memory of that thread. I can't seem to find the thread this morning. Please tell me I got this right .  I said no out game over. They did the protest thing and the "UIC"/ Park Director went with my decision......
