Wind Gusts

Are there any guidelines for playing in high winds?

I am talking gusts to 25-35 mph

Call time when the catcher can't see.

Didn't mean to "blow" off the question, but I've never seen or heard any other than stopping play when conditions are unsafe.

And, I'm an umpire, I can always see.

There have gbeen times when wind was blowing
and especially when blowing dust so that I had trouble
seeing--that I have called "time" and waited for it to
abate. Otherwise, there is no rule that I'm aware of--
unless there might be local "rules".
