Thank you all! I got the picture yesterday, but got busy and never got the time to reply! I owe you all a cold one (soda, beer, whatever you like...) for all the help. I have the next games tonight, and I will let you know how it all goes. I feel a bit better, and have a plan going in this time. I am sure that plan will change about 50 times before hand, and I will still be kicking myself, but I feel that in the downtime I have done all I can do for starting out.
Again, you're a wonderful group! I plan on being around in preparation for future games. I am done for the year (I think) after the two games tonight. Short season. But the wonderful group here, and the lack of organization in our league, has made me try to come up with ways of making things better for our girls. Thank you for the inspiration!
