Almost, but not quite.
The MSHSL (Mn State High School League) runs high school interscholastic competition in MN for everything from speech and fine arts competitions to athletics - similar to UIL in TX. During the regular season and the state HS playoffs, the uniform used is an un-logoed hat and shirt, with the shirt being the one pictured here - powder blue with red & white trim.
The State High School All-Stars tournament (that I was privileged to officiate in this year, and where Rachel took the pictures of me), is not put on by the MSHSL. It is, in fact, put on by the MSF (Mn Sports Federation), who is the state ASA commissioner. So, it is run with ASA umpires wearing ASA (actually MSF) uniforms, but is played under NFHS rules.
