No, not online. ASA rulebooks may be purchased from your Commissioner, JO Commissioner, Player Reps, or UIC. If/when you register a team, or as an umpire, you receive an ASA rulebook.

I have been asked, and stupidly agreed to, be a volunteer umpire for our company intramural softabll league. ALl I wanted to do was get a general feel for the rules. I am a football guy first and last but did not want to mak a total fool of myself. It is a "for fun" coed league so should not be too intense.

Good luck TX. I know from your posts on the football board that you care about getting it right. I think you'll do well.
PS - ASA doesn't post their rules on line anywhere. You can get it from an ASA Commish for $10, or get the CD mentioned above. |
