I've had them not agree on batter up, score, and other things. It usually doesnt take much to sort out. I track my own score and keep a copy of the line ups and subs. Not a big deal. One things for sure, I dont inherently trust the home team mom over the visiting mom just because shes home team.

Unless there is an "official official" scorekeeper, "Mom" (or assistant coach, or injured player, or...) might be the "official" book for league stats, score, etc., but "Mom" is not an unbiased game official. I don't rely on her for anything, usually. If a dispute arises dealing with non-lineup things (such as the score), then if it can't be resolved between the two books, then home is official. To keep the possibility of just such a tempest from arising, with "unofficial official" scorekeepers, I make some effort during the game to assure everyone is in sync wrt innings and score.
