Yeah it is the BU call but if the BU thinks a throw may have pulled the baseman off first I see no harm in asking
" John did you have a pulled foot " The answer comes back yes or no then you make your call . Save yourself any hassels and this is what you will get if you "wait for the appeal " which there isnt. Get all the information you can then make a call .
