No judgement here on where F3 was ..... she was straddling the bag without the ball.
The "judgement" here would be wouldn't it ..... was the runner impeded? If she wasn't ...... no obstruction .... if she slowed because she didn't want collision ....obstruction. Blue's gotta judge one or the other....right?
