SactoBlue, I just started adult SP this year and have had hardly any chirping. I think it's mostly because they don't know me and don't know what they can get away with. I've been very short with those who want to whine, asking them "if they want to finish the game?" and I try to practice good mechanics so they figure maybe I have part of a clue.
If you're new to the park, then they don't know you and so you probably walk in with the "watch out for the new guy" reputation.
