Being redundant:
A player born ON December 31, 1992 is 11 this year (eleventh birthday was 12/31/2003). A player born after December 31, 1992, (e.g., 1/1/93 or 12/31/93) is 10 or younger this year. [Edited by CecilOne on May 3rd, 2004 at 06:58 PM]
