Speaking ASA.

The BR is not out for being out of the running lane and getting hit by a throw, regardless of where the throw comes from.

The BR is out for being out of the running lane and interfering with the fielder taking the throw at first base.

if a throw from F4 standing at 2nd base is off-target a couple yards; is BR out if she gets dinged from such an angle?
Doesn't sound like she was interfering with F3 taking the throw, so no, she would not be out.
