I've been using the hockey helmet in baseball for 2 seasons. I'll never go back. I don't like the fact that between innings I'm hatless, but at the same time this is an excellent incentive for me to keep my hair short in season.
Once adjusted properly so that the helmet fits right, it is highly comfortable and provides the best vision possible.
It's just a matter of time.
