electronic communication
It's almost time for a new season.
For NFHS, what do you think of the rule change to allow electronic communication from the dugout to the catcher? Do you think catcher only will be hard to monitor? Do you think one-way only will be hard to monitor? Will there be confusion with USA Softball allowing it for all players?
