wrong rules online

Two coaches showed me some incorrect rules that were online. I asked them what the web site is, but they couldn't answer while getting the game started.
It identified a 10th and 11th batters as APs and said those could be in bracket play lineups.
It was captioned at the top of the screen as "USA Softball Rules".

Have you seen this or know the site? It was phone accessible.

Maybe it was part of a tournament rules package. Locals can amend whatever they like for their tournaments.

There's EPs, DPs, EHs, sometimes DHs.

Then there's SPAM.

It's probably the Russians.

I had the tournament rules, of course. Yes, the coaches mislabel EPs with whatever random letters come to mind. But that would not be in a legitimate "rules" publication. The labeling is not really the issue, just a symptom of the writer's mistake. The real problem is allowing 11 or more batters in bracket play.

My concern is that someone is misleading coaches and some umpires with what looks like an official rule.

I tried google, but suspect facebook or similar. A friend of mine that checked saw 9 USA softball groups on Facebook. I don't use facebook, so if any of you see this there or youtube or tiktok or wherever, please let me know.
