Which rules are you looking for?

You won't find FED rules, but NCAA and OBR are available all over the Internet.

Fed rules. I won't need anything else until next year.

Well this might help you.

OBR - http://www.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/mlb/ba...s_foreward.jsp

NCAA - http://www.ncaa.org/library/rules/20...ball_rules.pdf

FED - can't help you here. I scanned my 2006 rule book and case book into PDF files for my own use. The FED (just as LL) will not post their rules on-line. Personally, I think the FED should go the route of the NCAA and just publish a PDF for everyone.

Purchase the ARS CD. If has the rule book, case book, and funny book, all in Windows help file form. Just copy the ARSdata folder to your hard drive and put shortcuts on your desjtop.
