I should add, the reason for the coach's ejection under 3.4.1 Sitch C in the case book is because he/she knowingly entered a player who had been ejected earlier, and is guilty of unsporting behavior, which is a violation of 3-6-13. He/she was not ejected for violating Rule 3-4.
