Is runner with ponytail safe?

Does this work both ways? BR trips on way to first and her(his) ponytail touches bag before F3 catches ball...is BR safe?

I was a little confused myself. I'm guessing R2 wanted to tempt P to throw to 1B, or at least feint a throw, freeing R1 from LBR so that R2 could steal home...it was a 1 run game at the time.

The ump? My copy of ASA book specifically condemns PU yelling "batter's out" after strike three.
