At what point is the pitchers glove "above" the chin and in violation of 6-1-3? Must the entire glove be above the chin to be in violation of the "...at or below the chin." provision? The case book...

Go get your Fair-Play control modual (or whatever type you have for your clock) power it up, and then toggle the clock switch and you will see that is quite possible....

It is possible to start and stop a game clock with only one second showing on it in the situation...
