Wow maybe I am wrong I remeber someone telling me that many years ago when I started and I thought I even remember reading it, so I have just always done it. I'll see if I can find anything....

I actually do raise the arm up when I get to twenty. I just did not think it was required. I figure even if the quarterback can't see me maybe the coach can and can call a timeout.

Side Note: are a lot of areas using the mic? I would love to use a mic as half the time the announcer does not announce the right...

Not to start this up agian but I am just catching up reading and thought I would let you know that Wisconsin also requires the rule book on field. The back judge I belive is required to carry it....

I just looked up the rule in the book. You guys are correct anytime a member of A or K steps out and returns IP unless blocked out.

In Wisconsin, it is a 35 point rule in the second half. Clock only stops after a score, any time-out or extended injury. It goes back to a regular clock when it drops below 35 points.
