Foul committed during free throws?

The rules book seems to mostly cover lane violations scenarios by either A or B but what about a foul committed during free throws such as an opponent pushing or displacing shooter or lane occupying...

Basket interference during shooting foul

Part of the "Tough Calls" video series under dispalcement entitled "wave off basket."

If Lead ref calls shooting foul on B1 when A1 drives toward basket but while ball is within cylinder basket...

Thanks Adam. I wonder how you check with your state? Anyhow my own reasoning and rules knowledge would suggest a forfeited game seeing as you probably cant allow anyone to fill in....
