Rule ?????? High School

Pass interference on the D on a touchdown pass play . Are the options for the scoring team. Take the penalty on the try or the kickoff??????

That is correct. They can take it on either.

One point safety

I know this has been discussed many times. SO question?

If A fumbles on the try in the field of play and B forces it into the end-zone and recovers it, it's considered a 1 point safety. SO, using the word "SAFETY," who kicks-off? A or B? Does B kick from the 20 or A kick a normal kick-off from the 40?

Normal Kick-Off.

8-3-9 ... After a try, the opponent of the scoring team shall designate which team will kick off.
