Penalty Enforcement

I know there was one similar to this

Team A has the ball run play. A1 is running the ball as he is hit he starts to fumble the ball and then is facemasked. The facemask and the fumble occurs at A's 35. B recovers the fumble at A's 40.

Where is the enforcement.

The 35. Exactly like in the other one.

Agree, assuming that the fumble was beyond the NZ.

If A fumbles behind the NZ, it's a loose ball play and the basic spot for fouls during the play is the previous spot.
