penalty enforcement
Varsity High school.
Extra point. Play is designed to be a QB straight ahead run. He is stood up at the line. QB flips ball forward to guard. Clearly forward. Clearly a pass. Receiver could be in nuteral zone or just past. Receiver carries ball into the end zone. What is the penalty and how is it enforced.

No score, no replay. It's a foul for illegal touching and is a loss of down foul, whether or not the catch by the guard occurs behind, in, or beyond the neutral zone.
