NFHS rules questions

I work other sports, but as you all know when your friends know you’re an official you get all the question. I'll admit I have a few myself.

NFHS rules:
1) Face mask penalty, I thought that all facemask penalties were 15yards, is that true?
2) Pass interference is pass interference regardless if catchable or not?
3) Intentional grounding, QB is being chased just before he is sacked he throws a long pass out of bounds that does not cross the LOS, does cross the LOS but crosses it Out of bound.

Thanks for indulging a curious mind.

1) there is a five yard provision under Federation rules for the incidental grasping of the face mask

2) there is no uncatchable provision under Federation rules

3) the LOS has no bearing on Intentional Grounding under Federation rules.

Could have sworn the thread was asking for NFL rulings at first...disregard what I typed earlier.

1) FED still has a 5-yard incidental facemask penalty. NCAA and NFL do not.
2) FED rules do not distinguish between catchable or not catchable.
3) This is intentional grounding in FED... it doesn't matter if the ball crossed the LOS or not. The only requirement for intentional grounding in FED are: A pass intentionally thrown into an area not occupied by an eligible offensive receiver. (7-5-2d) or A pass intentionally thrown incomplete to save loss of yardage or to conserve time. (7-5-2e)
