By what I've been told, it is the old Fed timing rules.

I only bring up my age, because them saying the "old" timing rules doesn't tell me what those rules are when I have never officiated under those rules like the officials who told me it was the "old" rules, or like officials on this board. Hence why I came asking what those rules are.

After a change of possession, start the clock on the ready, unless the previous play was an incomplete pass or ended OOB. I have all ideas that's what they were talking about. Good luck!

This PW league has thrown me in as a WH, so that is how I ran it this week. I WH'ed in college in FLAG football, but this is my first year working TACKLE football, so being behind the play is not new, its still trying to master the rules of tackle football, which I feel are getting better each week as I study more and have more game experiences. (On MS/JV nights I work as a linesman.)
