replay down or not

2nd and 10, we have a 5 yard run, live ball penalty on offense and live ball foul on defense, penalties offset, do we replay down or let the 5 yard run stand?

The reason you replay the down is that when each team comits a live ball foul during a down, (and there's no change of possession involved) it's considered a double foul, which calls for a replay.

CANADIAN RULING:

Assuming both penalties are accepted, replay the down, but balance the yardage from the PLS.
