Eligible?
Last night situation - extra point try...
Center and quarterback at the 3yl middle of field... rest of team far left... center underhands snap to the left halfback... Now it didn't happen but if a pass had been thrown to the center - would he be eligible due to being on the end of the line?

If they snapper has an eligible number. By position they are certainly eligible at that time of the formation.
