Illegal Kick
2nd/ 8 for a at B's 35 yardline. A has a bad snap and the ball is loose behind the LOS. When the ball is loose B kicks the ball towards their goal and then recovers the ball. Where is the penalty from?

This foul occurred during a loose-ball play so the penalty would be enforced from the previous spot. A's ball 1st and 10 from the B 20 yard line.
