I am going to have to disagree with most here. I think this was a clean block. The player falling is only an indication as to the foul; it is not the deciding factor. It looks to me like he was hit on the side and it took him a while to fall. If anything, the two were running side by side and the defender kind of turned on him. I would pass on this based on what I just saw.
