Walt, I believe Part 2 is only given to states who use it as a part of their certification process. Those states don't use the exam until the last week of August. It will probably be readily available after that.

I believe that Aug. 26 is the national test day.

Might use a question or two as an introduction to a topic. In the past I've used quizzes from other sources like Redding's Guide or Referee Magazine. It may not necessarily be for a pregame either - I have sent out some particularly interesting questions during the week or even during the off-season. Some of the questions have started at topics on this and other forums and before you ask, I'm not paying any stinkin' royalties!
