What don't you understand about NCAA rule 9-2-1-a-1-e?
You do have a rule book right or maybe it's too many characters for you to index into? I think all calls and non-calls todate have been just PERFECT! I'd be even willing to go out on the limb and say that come Monday evening we'll see none of these calls because by now those player and coaching staff are finally seeing the NCAA means business by these calls being made in just about every bowl game played so far.
