Question for those working playoffs and how your state handles assignments.
When you get your playoff letter/call/assignment; does your state let you know ahead of time how many games or rounds you will work or does it go week by week. In Iowa we receive our assignments by mail. Then the waiting game begins. They call you aand let you know by phone if you have a game for the upcoming round or not. You may not receive a first round but may work a second round. Or do a first skip the second then work the third. Or any number of variations. I would much rather have them tell you what rounds you will work at the beginning. Why the big secret i have no idea. MJT what do you think of our system here in iowa
