Rule Questions

T or F
If the helmet of the tackler comes off in making contact with the runner, the ball bacomes dead high school

False. It's the runners helmet that the rule is concerned about - not the tackler's.

False.

The ball only becomes dead if the ball handler's helmet comes off.

If this was true the tackler would purposely remove their helmet so they could kill the play and benefit.

During an authorized TO held within 9 yards of the side-lines any number of team members may be involved?

Are you working through a test?
These looks like test questions the way you are presenting them, and it might be better for you to try to find the answers in the rulebook yourself before posting them here.
Do you need reference to an online rulebook? I can only help for NCAA, but maybe someone else can reference you to an NF rulebook if you don't have one of your own.
