2) This is smaller question. If its 2nd/10, you have a long run but a BIB on the play. After walkoff you have a 1st down. Would you give the tomahawk first down chop?

I call it the first down signal, not the "tomahawk chop" so the NCAA won't label me "hostile and abusive." Of course, if I was Florida State, I could give the chop, dress a white guy up as a Native American and ride around on a horse with a spear and do the inane chant. Those things are ok according to the NCAA. But if you only have an Native American logo and nickname, you are "hostile and abusive."
