Pass Interference

On an illegal foward pass, such as the quarterback releasing the ball beyond the line of scrimmage, any player on A or B may catch the pass and advance. Can there be, pass interference on either A or B?

No, the pass must be legal. Restrictions are in effect for legal forward passes and for only those which cross the neutral zone.
