hello

how do you handle a 4th down pass interference on the offense. whats the right administration for this?

If accepted, 15 yards from the previous spot and then give the ball to B.

OPI is 15 yards from PLS, with the down repeated. OPI is not restricted like other fouls are. We do not allow 15 + a turnover.

Accepted and it's 4th down again. Declined and you take the result of the play.

We had this one last year. On a try A scores with a pass completed in the end zone. B committed DPI. So we ruled the try successful and then I had to go tell B's coach that we were also assessing the 15 yards on the kickoff. He said, "Are you sure about that?" I said, "Yes." A really tough play for him to swallow but he didn't argue.
