"judgment Calls"

When I first started officiating a few years ago, I was fortunate to have a couple of veterans to take me under their wings. We all know we develope their philosophy. A couple of years ago and a few camps later, my philosophy started to change. I went to another association last year and my philosophy was totally different.

Just purchased the book by George Demetrou, JUDGMENT CALLS, this book has really gave me much more insight on a philosophy that is similar to mine. I recommend this book to any official that wants to improve or give another look at their own philosohy. The book is at a very low price on the NASO.org.

Just wanted to share this great book.
