Moderators

Are there moderators for the basketball forum? If so, is there a difference between "moderator" and "administrator"?

Yes.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and the moderators are listed on the right side.

Administrators typically have more permissions and access to more data in the backend. They can be super moderators, able to mod in every sub-forum, or just more tech-savvy individuals who do work in the forum software that mods usually do not access/know how to do.
