Marginal in that...he was sort of legally/illegally prevented from getting to his desired spot on the floor? That's what I'm concerned with more than anything, based on the way the screening rules are written. He sure as heck was prevented from staying with the BH/D which created a speed/quickness mismatch on the switch.
