After watching the replay and the foul reporting, they didn't penalize the shover (Duke #14). They penalized #12 Albany and #30 Duke for getting in her face. So, they did get the enforcement right (double unsporting Ts), but they missed the instigator.

Ok. But how do you not also penalize the shove by #14 White? If I were the Albany coach, I would certainly ask for this to be reviewed.

I pull out my machine gun in these situations. I would have no problem with 3 T's being issued.
