Bizarre. That looks like a T signal. Haven't seen anyone but true rookies ever use that for a timeout.

DoG?
Just speculating...
Maybe L was calling a 2nd DoG as the player hit the ball after it went through the basket? Maybe there wasn't a 1st DoG, which was sorted during the break, and therefore, no T? |

It looks like he T'd him for whatever 33 white said to 31. He was looking right at that exchange and gave the signal as 33 turned around after he said whatever he said to 31.

That's what I was thinking. Or perhaps after discussing it was determined that a TO had been called before the player batted the ball away (therefore the DoG call was retracted/never reported).

There was nothing in that play that would result in a DoG warning.
